Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchases from Hannah Diane Art LLC at hannahdianeart.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Products and subscriptions

The Painted Prayer Print Club is a monthly subscription that automatically renews until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our subscription and payment providers) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prepaid plans, such as 6- or 12-month memberships, are billed in full at checkout and run for their full term.

2. Pricing and billing

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Monthly memberships are billed each cycle, and your print for that cycle is then mailed. Shipping is charged as described in our Shipping Policy.

3. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel anytime before your next billing date through your customer account portal; cancellation stops future charges and shipments. Payments are non-refundable once processed. Damaged, lost, or missing items are replaced free, as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Content and intellectual property

All artwork, images, and site content are the property of Hannah Diane Art LLC and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
