Cancellation policy

Cancellations

You are in control of your Painted Prayer Print Club membership.

• Cancel anytime through your customer account portal, or by emailing support@hannahdianeart.com.
• Cancellation applies to future charges and shipments only. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be refunded.
• Prefer to pause? You can pause or skip a month through your portal or by emailing us.
• Prepaid memberships (6- or 12-month) run through the term you paid for and will not renew unless you choose to continue.
• Gifted memberships run for the gifted term and do not auto-renew unless the recipient sets up their own subscription.
