Return & Refund Policy

Because our prints are hand-painted art made and mailed individually, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. We stand behind every order, though, and here is how we make things right:

Damaged, lost, or missing items

If your print or product arrives damaged, never arrives, or is missing from your order, we will send a free replacement right away. Just email support@hannahdianeart.com and, if it arrived damaged, include a quick photo so we can improve our packaging.

Subscriptions and memberships

Painted Prayer Print Club payments are non-refundable once they have been processed. You can cancel anytime through your customer account portal, or by emailing us; cancellation applies to future charges and shipments only. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be refunded. Gifted and prepaid memberships follow the same terms.

Wrong or unexpected item

If you received the wrong print or there was a mix-up on our end, email us and we will correct it at no cost to you.
