Where we ship and what it costs
- Painted Prayer Print Club: $1.00 flat shipping within the United States, $2.75 for international orders. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Other products (frames, bundles, catch-up prints, etc.): shipping varies by item and destination and is shown at checkout.
How prints are mailed
Prints are mailed flat in a rigid protective envelope with USPS postage. Because they go as standard stamped mail rather than a printed label, tracking is not available. Within the U.S., prints usually arrive during the first week of the month; international mail takes longer (often a couple of weeks for Canada, and longer for Australia and New Zealand).
When your first print ships (Print Club)
New members start with the next upcoming month's print; we do not send past months automatically. To receive a given month's print, you need to be subscribed by the 1st of that month. If you join after the 1st, you will start with the next month's print. Looking for past prints? Those are available separately as catch-up prints.
One-time orders
One-time art prints and products usually ship within 3 to 5 business days. During holidays or busy seasons there may be short delays, and we will let you know if so.
Missing or damaged mail
If a print has not arrived or shows up damaged, email support@hannahdianeart.com and we will send a free replacement, every time.
Address changes and pausing
Update your shipping address or pause your subscription anytime in your customer account portal, or email us before the monthly mailing and we will take care of it.
