Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Subscriptions & Gift Memberships:
All new memberships begin with the next monthly shipment.
Prints are mailed at the end of each month and typically arrive during the first week of the following month.

For example:
Orders placed anytime in December will receive their first print in January’s mailing.

One-time art prints or other items:
Usually ship within 3–5 business days of your order.

(Please note: processing times may be slightly longer during holidays or high-demand seasons. If that happens, we’ll notify you promptly.)


2. Shipping Method & Delivery

All prints are mailed in rigid envelopes using standard USPS First-Class stamped postage to keep costs low for members.
Because we use stamps rather than printed labels, tracking is not available.

We currently ship within the United States only.

Monthly subscriptions:
Orders placed on or before the 20th of the month will be included in that month’s mailing and usually arrive during the first week of the following month.


3. Print Insurance (Optional)

We offer Print Insurance at checkout for peace of mind.
This optional protection includes one free replacement per year for any lost, damaged, or misdelivered print.

Without Print Insurance, we’re unable to replace items lost or damaged in transit, as all shipments are sent through standard stamped mail without tracking.


4. Damages or Issues

Each print is packaged by hand with care to ensure it arrives safely.
However, because we use envelopes and postage stamps, we do not replace lost, bent, or damaged prints unless Print Insurance was purchased at the time of checkout.

If you have Print Insurance and need a replacement, please email us at [your email] within 7 days of receiving your shipment and include a photo of the issue.


5. Lost or Missing Mail

If your print has not arrived within two weeks after the expected delivery window, it may be delayed by USPS.
If you purchased Print Insurance, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no cost once the delay window has passed.

Without Print Insurance, we’re unable to replace or refund lost mail.
